What is our Client Support Service (CSS)?

Our Client Support Service helps people overcome obstacles in their lives so they can enjoy life and have a greater sense of personal wellbeing. These obstacles could be anything from feeling alone and isolated, struggling with money or relationships, or experiencing homelessness.

Our mission is to support people in poverty, suffering, misfortune and distress, so we have a strong referral network where the client’s needs move beyond the boundaries of our initiatives and services.

We accept external referrals to our service and actively seek to link existing participants and clients our our Client Support Service for further assistance.


How does it work?

  • Our Client Support workers help clients identify issues and walk alongside them providing support, information and referrals to internal initiatives and external services wherever needed.

  • They meet with the client and work with them to formulate goals and an action plan and conduct a Financial Wellbeing Survey in needed.

  • If the goals have been achieved but the client wishes to establish new goals, the process can simply begin again.

  • Clients can exit the service at any time.
